Please send email to: facility@svbfnorth.org with your request details, to check availability and get confirmation for the event date before submitting this form. Events that require a Priest, please check with our temple Priest to confirm their availability for the event. When filling this form, please use the same name of the individual in the form and the person who is making the payment. Reservation will be made based on the availability. Full rental payment is due before the event date. For any changes, cancellations, payment questions or refunds, please send email to: facility@svbfnorth.org

At the time of Rental request, skip the below section and submit the form with initial deposit.  When ready to pay the final charges, fill this form again, select all applicable charges from below section and submit the form. Initial depost will be refunded after the event.

Click 'Submit & Pay' button showing the total amount. On the next page 'Pay with Paypal' You can make a payment either by paying with your own Paypal account or Pay with a Debit or Credit Card. On completion of the payment, you will be taken to the Rental Request screen again. An acknoledgement/receipt will be send to your email.
